The room was small. We upgraded to a larger room for about $100 more. We had a view of all the bicycle riders, train station, and stores. Lot of action near this location, which is exactly what we wanted. We walked everywhere, as this location is central to everything. Breakfast was plenty and fresh. The bathtub was a bit dangerous for anyone with mobility issues. See my pic. No handrails or anything to hold on while you lurch up your leg to get into the shower. Nice deck on top floor has a bar and the breakfast area. We stayed here on a way to cruise out thru Holland America. Took a cab right outside the hotel to the cruise port. Got there in about 15-20 minutes.

The bed was super soft and comfortable and the window seating area was nice. Everything was super clean, chic breakfast and bar area, diversified breakfast options. Although the room is small, it's very functional and every corner and space seemed to be designed to be functional. We had a room on the first floor, facing the street, but it wasn't very noisy, we slept with an open window. The bathroom was modern and almost as big as the sleeping area. It's right across the metro/train station, so transportation anywhere is easy.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choicefrom ci tinental, chia pudding, waffles to scambled eggs. . Coffee was delicious. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Left luggage facility was v useful. All questions were answered promptly and I had even emailed the hotel a couple of times. Always received a prompt reply in excellent English. Bar served excellent danish beer, happy hour was a lovely touch and the rooftop bar was gorgeous Room was small but comfortable.

Very friendly staff; our rooms were ready before 15.00 so we could check in earlier (without any extra charge); nice bathroom, nice view from the room; good location; nice breakfast with a good selection of food, we particularly liked the possibility of making your own waffles :-).

Best location to visit Copenhagen; efficient and friendly staff ( especially the breakfast staff, and reception staff, Jacob); pleasant decor and convenient restaurant at rooftop (including free drink happy hour daily 4-5pm). Their breakfast is superb, including pate, grilled mushrooms tomatoes and sausages, in addition to the usual eggs and veggies. Several kinds of cereals and Danish pastries. Plenty drinks to select from - hot and cold.

Breakfast was excellent. Variety of offerings to suit all travelers. Staff was friendly and were were even treated to a beautiful voice coming from the kitchen. Eric was very pleasant and cheerful each morning. Norreport metro is literally out the from door. So super convenient if needed public transport. However Copenhagen is a very walkable city and many of the main attractions were within a 20-30 min walk. We took the Metro from the airport to the hotel and back-- super easy and elevator takes you to street level, which is helpful if you have a lot of luggage. Was a 15 min ride.

Great location as it’s only a 5 minute walk from the Round Tower. Easy access to metro and railway station (both just 10 seconds from the hotel). Loved the roof top bar for breakfast (great views) and for drinks/dinner in the evening.

The location was fantastic! Couldn’t have picked a better spot for transport links and key tourist spots. The decor was beautiful & modern. The breakfast offering was great and the complimentary drinks 4-5 was a nice touch

Breakfast food was good and the wait staff were very nice. Happy hour in the bar with free drinks was fun.
